Welcome to VIP Muse – your dedicated monthly moment of calm, connection, and care. As a member, you’ll receive exclusive benefits and a luxurious treatment each month, designed to help you relax, recharge, and prioritise yourself.

What’s Included

As a VIP Muse member, you receive:

  • One monthly treatment of your choice from the following:
    • Urban Muse Top to Toe Massage
    • Aromatherapy Massage (1 hour)
    • Deep Tissue Full Body Massage
    • Essential Prescriptive Facial
  • 10% off full-priced retail products
  • Locked-in 2024 pricing on any additional treatments booked during your membership
  • Member only exclusive offers
  • Birthday bonus
  • Priority booking
  • Rollover of unused monthly credits for up to 2 months
  • Ability to gift 2 monthly credits per calendar year to friends or family

Payment & Membership Terms

  • Your membership is billed at £50/month. Your membership starts the day you join and renews monthly. Simple, flexible, just for you.
  • There is no contract, but I require 14 days’ notice to cancel your membership to avoid your next payment being taken.
  • Any unused credits will remain on your account for 2 months from the issue date and can still be used after cancellation (within that timeframe).

Booking, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A booking is confirmed once Urban Muse (UM) and the client have agreed to a date, time, and duration for the treatment.
  • If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your monthly credit will roll over and remain valid for 2 months.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, your monthly credit will be forfeited. No refunds or rescheduling will apply in this case.
  • I may choose to waive this forfeiture in exceptional circumstances, at my discretion.

Late Arrival

  • If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced accordingly out of consideration for other clients.
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment, and your credit may be forfeited.

Unused Credits

  • Your monthly credit is valid for 2 months from its issue date.
  • You may gift up to 2 monthly credits per calendar year to a friend or family member. These will be converted into a digital gift voucher valid for 3 months.
  • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred beyond the allowed two per year.

Refunds & Pausing Your Membership

  • Membership payments are non-refundable once processed, as your payment secures access to your treatment and exclusive benefits.
  • If you experience illness, extended travel, or a change in circumstances, please contact me. I may allow a pause of up to 2 months per calendar year, or consider a refund in exceptional cases, at my discretion.

Treatment Cancellation by Urban Muse

  • I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a treatment with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • I may also cancel without notice in the case of illness, if the treatment environment is unsuitable, or if the client is intoxicated or inebriated.
  • If I have to cancel your appointment, I will offer an alternative appointment within 2 weeks.
